I already asked to refresh certificates w/o any change. Issues appeared a few weeks ago - but I can’t classify since I use usually Wifi. QNAP SW has changed, and router too (fritz box). Ports are open, but I tried to change, and set manually. Logs attached.

Also check the QNAP IP address (if you set it static – best).
Else, check the minimum DHCP lease time.

If the machine is connected via WiFi – strongly recommend using ethernet.
Hello ChuckPa, thanks for pointing out the network issues. I had a second IP via VLAN code over my usual IP for the QNAP, that worked till now - but I have disabled that.
I think I do not have a static IP reservation - that is to be negotiated w/ internet provider right?
QNAP IP is static, and I have disabled the VLAN.
I do not use wifi.
Accessibility is only green for 5 seconds, and turns red.

I read to check for double NAT I have to write down WAN IP and check for IP shown at canyouseeme.org - but my Router shows just an AFTR-Gateway with IPv6 ?!
Any suggestions - I already asked my internet provider if they have changed anything regarding my setup - waiting for an answer

Looks like DS-Lite Tunnel for IPv4 - maybe they took me off of IPv4 list w/o notification - still waiting for provider to reply.
In Plex I ticked the box for IPv6 support - won’t that help?
No. Plex has not yet implemented full IPv6 support. (Remote Access side)
The server code is written and working to handle IPv6 now.
I haven’t tried this but it should work normally -
When connecting to any host, If both IPv6 and IPv4 are avaiable, IPv6 is preferred.
This is how almost everything is configured now. IPv4 is the fallback
