Remote access stopped working - Synology

Remote access stopped working a few days back. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot on my own, done some test and access to other services in my network are accessible from outside, ports are correctly forwarded and so on.

For what I see in other threads It seems that it could be a problem with the certificates that need to be resetted? I just created this new topic as I have a different server (Synology)

Your certificate is valid.
It looks like you’re using a VPN provider ?

If yes, and you turn off the VPN, does everything work correctly ?

i am having the same issue, and i noticed that in my synology if i turned off my VPN, then the remote access works.

Coreection: it still doesnt fix the issue for me.
