Remote Access Stopped Working

I noticed on October 6th that remote access wasn’t working. I updated everything and restarted and still having issues. I tried looking at documentation, but quite frankly I’m not sure where to go in my router to make those changes, and I don’t want to screw anything up. I have a TM-AC1900 router. It’s worked pretty well, but it is getting older. Do I need a new one?

I had the same issue. Looks like for some reason the ports from 15000 and above don’t reach my router. Maybe my provider blocks them. I changed the external port to 500 and forwarded it on my router and all seems to be working fine now. My provider is Movistar in Spain.
