I had a Netgear Ready NAS 4bay, issue is the same as my Asustor AS6604T-0487 just like so many others. I purchase Plex Pass to be able to view my library remotely anywhere in the world. It stopped working, many others have the same issue as long as the device isn’t on the same network it plays like 1 frame and stops playing. Two different NAS’s have done this. Yes I can test port forwarding the port is open I posted it in another thread.

Only issue I have on LAN is Movies/TV Shows stop and just go BUFFERING endlessly on the Xbox for some reason that is hardwired or wireless doesn’t matter. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex on Xbox before no change its been about a year for that issue. My Main issue is nothing Remote Access playing.
