Remote Access Stopped Working

Server Version#: Version 4.110.1

Remote access appears as successful ( I get the “Fully accessible outside your network” message) but when trying to access my library via the iOS app, it says my server is offline and none of my library is available. Have tried turning remote access off and back on again, logging in and back in, etc but no luck. Works fine when on the same network. Any ideas?

Looking at other posts of a similar topic it looks like perhaps my certificate needs to be reset?

Is (Kirk’s Plex) the name of your phone or the name of the server?

I saw another post where the apostrophe in the name gave the same error message I see in your logs

Name of my server and yes, that other post is likely mine.

I removed the apostrophe but that hasn’t resolved the issue. Also seems strange that the issue would be the apostrophe as everything had been working up until very recently.

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve? I now can’t even access my library when on the same network
