Remote Access Not Working

Hi. I run Plex off a Synology DS418. All of my devices at home running off my local network work fine. However people that I have shared libraries with have said for the last several days they cannot access. The shared libraries are greyed out. I tried to test myself with the iOS app, disconnecting from my home network and accessing over LTE. Once I did this, my server had a large red bar next to it reading Offline.

I have tried to include logs here I pulled off the server, to this if those would help. I did not change anything in the last several days, other than ensure the plex server was up to date.

My Remote Access has a green check mark next to it, and it says is " Fully accessible outside your network".
