Good afternoon, I am a Plex Pass user and have enjoyed the service for over a year now. Up until a recent Plex update I have not had any issues with the remote server access. However, for the past 3 weeks, I have not been able to get the remote access to function. I have not changed ISPs or hardware, only Windows 11 updates and the Plex updates. I have discussed with a friend that also has a Plex server, and he is also experiencing issues with remote access failing. Note, I have never needed to do more than use the automatic settings in the past, so I am unsure what is triggering this problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

Even if you didn’t change ISP or your configuration, there’s a chance your ISP has changed some aspect of their configuration (or simply blocks the ports used by Plex by default).
