Thanks, I’m manually port forwarding and the IP’s look good. Upload speeds outside of Plex look solid (I ran a few Aspera transfers to confirm there wasn’t an issue with my upload connection) and I’m able to hit 19-20 Mbps.

I’ve been having the exact same issue. Server is 1gbps up, and client connection is 25mbps down. Relay is disabled, yet still throttling to under 2mbps in most cases.

Have you checked the client remote streaming quality settings?

Yes, all set to maximum. All are AppleTV or FireStick. Media is pretty straight forward mkv with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, h264.

Issue appears to have been resolved for me since updating to 1.31.1.6716
