Plex Support,
I have been running a Plex server on my new computer running Windows 11. It works fine except it says Remote access unavailable quite often. I have to always hit the Retry button to get it to refresh. My friends also tell me that they notice lots that it says my server is unavailable. Below is the error I get in the server GUI. I will also attach the log file. I did ensure that verbose logging was disabled. I hope you can assist in resolving this. Seems like a possible bug to me.

Remote access troubleshooting can be tricky because you only control some of the puzzle pieces.
Sometimes, using the automatic forwarding can be the culprit, causing the connection to be disabled without further warning. In such a case it’s beneficial to use a manual port forward in your router configuration instead.
Remote access not working after a certain time could also mean you haven’t assigned a static local IP address to your Plex Media Server (IP reservation) – in which case your device gets a new local IP address every now-and-then and in consequence looses its remote connection (until you click retry).

Hello Plex support team. Thank you for your quick response. I am actually a very experienced Network Analyst. I have the proper port forwarding and settings in my router for this to work. I have made a DHCP reservation for my computer MAC address that is hosting the server. If you like we can do a zoom or TeamViewer session to my computer and I will show you everything.

I took another look in my router and there was a mistake. Very strange. With the setting update it is working. I will monitor this for a few days and let you know how it has been working for me. Thank you very much for your time and for the useful information.
