I set up remote access a few months ago and it worked flawlessly. fast forward a few weeks later and it no longer works correctlt. i an not directly connected to the server and thus the stream have terrible resolution via the relay servers. My port forwarding on my ISPs modem/router is configured to forward traffic from 32400 to 32400. Plex is configured to listen on 32400. I cannot see the issue, Any help? My Server’s name is Slave-1 (192.168.1.65)
Port 32400 does not respond from your WAN IP. Make sure you also allowed the port through any of the AT&T firewall filters on their gateway.
Not sure what sub-menu to choose under firewall except for the NAT/Gaming as that is the one that allows the port forwarding.
What model is the gateway so I can take a look at the manual?
Manufacturer- ARRIS
Model Number- BGW210-700
Please also provide the following:
Server Version #:
Player App Version #:
Server Version 1.13.5.5332
i use lots of the plex apps, samsung tv, ios, roku, xbox, firestick, etc
This is an actual known AT&T firmware issue.

wow, never would have thought it was a firmware issue with my ISP’s gear. I will get them to walk me through a factory reset and check in here after. Gotta work and cant do it this second, but tonight if i can, Thanks!
You will need to call AT&T and ask them to push the 1.6.9 firmware to your AT&T gateway.
will do, current version is 1.6.7
ATT was useless, wanted to push the same 1.6.7 firmware. I did a factory reset and still didnt work. I found the link to the 1.6.9 firmware in the ATT forums and upgraded on my own. looks like i got it working, still cant play 1080p on my iphone though using LTE. My download speed is fine, 72Mbps on LTE. I will try from a PC off my network tomorrow and give it another go. My server is putting out good speeds, 300Mbps down/up.
Make sure its not a temporary resolution due to simply rebooting the box after updating the firmware. AT&T has a long history of this type of problem with all their various gateways.
