Remote Access Video Frozen

Hello all,

I’m hoping someone can offer me some assistance. I just set up my Synology DS220+. I have my libraries set and everything works perfectly fine from within my network. The remote access is enabled and shows green ticks (I have the port forwarded manually) but for some reason, whenever I try playing remotely it connects, I hear sound, but there is no video at all. I have no idea what could be causing this.

Does anyone have any ideas?
