Remote Access w/ Xfinity drops after quest finishes viewing, requires reset to continue?

Server Version 1.31.2.6810
After setting up port forwarding & disabling the xFi security, Remote Access began working with the new Xfinity account. However, after a guest finishes watching a film, the RA drops out and must be reset. Typically requires 2 but sometimes 3 or 4 Retrys for it to stay green/connected. Then the quest can make another selection.

Any thoughts about why this occurs & how to resolve it?
