I had remote access working all fine, then I had a power cut, i noticed my IP had changed very slightly from 192.168.1.6 to 192.168.1.4, so in control panel I changed this back to the former (192.168.1.6)
Now for some reason, no matter what I seem to do, I only get the message
" Not available outside your network
Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network"
The port forwarding rule is still the same in my router, and the port is still 32400 in my settings, I have the latest version of the player and it is being run through a synology server.
Am not hugely tech minded but have made it this far, now just a little lost about how I can get this back up and running
Update, I am now receiving this message from time to time

You should have updated your port forward to the new address instead of overriding it. Chances are the power reset multiple ip’s for the devices in your house. DHCP reservation is usually done on the firewall/router to pin an address to a device. Usually this address will be outside of the current DHCP range. Devices like your Plex server and Synology are usual candidates.
The non technical way out of this is to turn off every device in the house, then starting with the router turn them on one at a time giving each device a chance to boot before moving to the next.

Yes, when you manually changed the ip address it was probable that another device had already grabbed it after the power reset and is in conflict.
Also set your server up with a static IP address in your router so if you lose power, the IP will not change on you like it has and cause issues.
