Not available outside your network

I am still unable to access my service remotely. Previously, I restarted my Synology server and remote access was working. However, whenever I click “Remote Access” under settings now, it initially says it is available outside my network, but then quickly changes to “not available outside your network.” Please help…

We got the same problem.
it has come out of nowhere and i have checked that everything on the router is as it should be.

very mysterious that it first shows that everything works and after 3-5 seconds change to show that there is no connection

I actually was able to fix this. Apparently, I was running a Double NAT and had two networks running (even though AT&T told me they had set my router in bridge mode, which would have prevented this - FYI AT&T does not allow bridge mode because it prevents them from doing diagnostics tests…). Double network from my AT&T router and the Google WiFi. I had to go into my router settings and disable the firewall (Google WiFi is handling all of that), as well as turn IP Passthrough Allocation Mode to “Off.” As soon as I did that and restarted my router and Google WiFi, I was able to access my Plex server remotely.

EDIT: Well, this WAS working, but now it’s Not available outside my network again…

I can see that the ip and port on the server is the one that appears in the router’s port forwarding and that the ip that is displayed as public ip in plex matches the one i can find at https://whatismyipaddress.com/

So i’m pretty sure i don’t have double NAT and the ISP also charges extra for fixed ip which is established just to prevent this type of problem.
