Remote Access working, but still Indirect connection

Hi,

up till now I had a Plex server installed on an Ubuntu which was running fine for years, but now I wanted to try something else.
I’ve installed a Proxmox VE and then virtualized a FreeNAS on it and finally I created a Plex jail in FreeNAS.

My network looks like this: ISP router (dhcp and NAT) —> Mikrotik switch —> HP Microserver Gen8
I did the port forwarding on the ISP router and it seems to be fine. This was also confirmed by Plex:

When I’m checking the server on the local network, everything is okay, however outside of my network I can achieve Indirect connection only.
I don’t really understand what might be a reason. There is no double NAT on my network (the ISP router uses NAT only everything else is bridged) and I think if there would be a network problem, then the “Remote Access” page would show failure instead of success, right?

Could you give me some hints, what might be the problem?

Thanks!
