Remote access works sporadically at best and streaming is very slow

For about 3 months now my Plex server has been responding extremely slow when streaming outside my home network. The Remote Access is configured correctly and has been working for over 5 years. When streaming remotely it’s basically unusable and it buffers every few seconds. I recently noticed that my Remote Access keeps swapping in and out of being available outside my home network. Nothing will change and it will just go from available to unavailable. I can retry and it will work but if I click on another tab it will then become unavailable again. I didn’t change anything on my setup but overnight in March some time the reliability of my streaming outside the home became much slower and now practically doesn’t work at all. I’ve attached my logs. Is there any suggestions on how I can diagnose this issue or what’s changed in the server to cause this problem. I’ve noticed lots of people of the years complaining about this issue but never saw a solution to applied to fix my situation. Please help!

I thought maybe my issue was somehow to running the server within the Brave browser. So, I installed Chrome and have the same issues with the server. Simply clicking between the Remote Access and General setting will cause the server to lose the remote access. :frowning: While this doesn’t happen all the time it is easily reproducible.

Update to the latest beta version of the server.

Do I do that by enabling Server update channel from Public to Beta? I couldn’t find any other way to do that?

Either that or simply download the latest installer from the Plex website and execute it.
Make sure to enable “Plex Pass” downloads.

I did what you suggested, and I’m a Plex Pass user, but don’t see any option to enable Plex Pass downloads. I have beta enabled and my version still as Version 1.32.5.7210 as my issue is unchanged.
