Is remote access not available if you are not a “plex pass” member? I have paid nothing yet for plex and believe I have it all set up correctly on my pc and mobile device. My settings page in the server section shows that I am “fully accessible outside the network” but I can make no connection from my app on windows phone. When I am on the same network everything works just peachy…I am just giving this app a test to see if I want to pay for it for future usage.
