Hi, I’m having problem with remote access. My Plex is on WDMyCoud and i’m Running TP-Link Archer 1200 as my router. Anyone with similar setup who can help me on this?

What version of Plex Media Server are you on?
@faasgf I ran the version you reported to be running and didn’t have issues with remote access myself.
Do you want to make a post for your problem so it can be addressed individually?
I am also seeing problems.
Today it said it only allowed indirect connections.
When I reset the connections on the remote settigns the server is completely offline
Using the “Custom server access URLs” option fixed the issue for me. But now I don’t have a secure connection.
