I am unable to reach plex outside network. Can anyone provide help. Not very technical here so I am not sure what to do. I did have this working a couple of years ago and now would like to use plex again.

What kind of setup do you use?
check out my post;
looks like there were some shadow changes made in last few days in how browsers handle cookies
I just for giggles created another inbound rule in Windows Firewall to allow port 32400 (my port choice) and am crossing my fingers, so far it is working. What I noticed when going through the inbound rules is despite explicitly using 32400 I saw nothing in any of the Plex rules that explicitly opened that port 100% inbound. If this worked for you please let me know. What concerns me is IF this is the problem why isn’t it fixed with a newer build?
inbound would reply on high tcp ports you couldn’t realistically target these for acl’s
I’m not completely sure you are even correct but this in fact has been the longest Plex has run in a year, DMZ directly to the IP of the server wasn’t even working prior. You can target ports in an access control list and 32400 seems to be working now, before I added the inbound rule to the firewall I was lucky to get 5 hours of connectivity.
Spoke too soon, just crashed and here is what is in the crash log, any ideas?

Only other thing I just disconnected was my HD-Homerun DVR, maybe it is working the Plex too hard constantly updating the guide. It’s been a lot of trial and error so far.
Went all the way back to Version 1.7.5.4035, when did people start seeing the disconnects? Seems good on this version, would prefer to be up to date but not at the expense of screwing with it for the last year.
