Just updated the server to the latest and thought it would fix the problem but every day when I check remote access it shows failed for public and I even added it to my router it just started happening like a week or so ago I’ve tried different things in the settings that the forums suggested still have the issue and I have plex pass

e.g.
- what is it you actually tried?
- have you checked if remote access isn’t actually working (e.g. to rule out some glitch of the remote access status indicator inside Plex)?
- can you still see/access your router’s public IP and the port used for remote access from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)? If you’re using an automatic configuration this should be port tcp/32400, otherwise it’ll be the port specified in your manual port forward
- can you confirm your ISP is assigning a routable public IP address to you / your router?
