Remote buffering since 1.29.1 and still on 1.29.2

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: All Remote (Fire, Samsung TV, Vizio TV, etc all set to remote stream maxixmum qaulity to prevent transcoding request)
Synology RS819 running DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 2
Router down / up is over 1GB consistently

Plex Settings:
Limit remote streaming bitrate (Original no limit)
Enable server support for ipv6 (on)
Disable video stream transcoding (on)

Remote acces works, no changes were made to routing or the plex server. For the past 2 weeks remote play has buffered and stuttered. Remote play cannot achive more than 4mbps as if it were trying to transcode on the fly. I know the rs819 is weak but if there is no transcoding then it should handle the direct stream just fine. I enabled the server logs, please let me know what you would like me to share.

When you have it captured , server DEBUG logging enabled, VERBOSE logging disabled,

Download the PMS server logs and attach them. Those are the best place to start

Hi Chuck. Thanks for the reply and info. I have the logs but I would prefer not to dump them on a public forum. Is there a recomended method or portal where I can get these to you, another team member or an employee? I did not see a way to send you a dm/pm.
