Remote connection "Indirect"

So after upgrading my speed with my carries and using a new router that they gave me. FIOS G1100 router, whenever I remote connect I am seeing the green key icon (which I always did) next to the plex server on the plex webapp, but next to it, it started saying “Indirect”

I am able to see everything fine, but I am curious why this started happening. I have allow remote connections enabled as well. How can I correct this to the way it was? is the only way to forward a port to my server? I would rather not have to do that for security issues? Especially since everything was working fine before. Would really appreciate some help. This explained why I am transcoding a lot on remote connections as they’re now limited to 2Mbps! I couldn’t figure it out.

These routers are not straightforward to setup for remote access because there is the complication of a third port field in the port forward setup

Remote Access - Not working

Sounds good - but we should use Port Forwarding and not Port Triggering This looks like the perfect screen to use [24%20PM] With Source Ports = Any and then one of these 2 options Either Destination Ports = 8443 and Forward to Port = 32400 coupled with Manually Specify Port of 8443 or Destination Ports = 32400 and Forward to Port = Same as incoming port coupled with Manually Specify Port of 32400
