My remote access won’t connect to the server, after i couldn’t get it connected i try to delete it and start over, i thought i did it but it didn’t. Now i have to two account on the same login. What i want to do is remove one and keep my main account and try to get my remote access working again if not like to delete and start all over.I’m not that good when it come to computer i hope one of you guys can help me out, hope i explain this good enough to understand. Never erase your plex account. It won’t solve anything.
What was the associated email address of the old plex account
what is the email address of your second plex account
and which do you want to keep on using?

xxxxx is probably not your account. It does exist, but it hasn’t been used within the last 2 years.
It my account i use it off my Samsung tv connect to my pc win 10 using external hard drive.here go a shot of it from my pc. I wouldn’t lie to you about my account, here go some shot i hope this proof
I didn’t say it wasn’t activated, i said i thought i had delete my main one but it wasn’t when i did the other account trying to start over.hope you understand.thanks again for replying back and helping

The function of the Remote access feature has nothing to do with your account.
I see you have the checkbox ‘Manually specify public port’ checked.
This requires a portforwarding to be created in the settings menu of your router. Did you do this?
I have a arris modem and i never did port forwarding, I have spectrum/time warner cable the Model# is tg1672g of the modem. The check was there when i first check the remote access. Can you help me to get back where it work.Thanks
If you didn’t create a manual portforwarding, you need to clear this checkbox.
I uncheck it and still not working, private green and public red.Thanks again

Check the properties of the network connection in Windows. Is it marked as ‘private’, or is it ‘public’?
It must be ‘private’.
my network category is “public” i’m not that good with computer but if that what you asking, that what i found in win 10.
So here we have the smoking gun.
You need to set this to ‘private’.
