Remote network sort of not working

Hi, after migrating the plex server to another VM in my esxi setup, the remote access is a bit strange.

I can access my plex through my phone app, phone browser using just mobile network or work place wifi, ipad using work place wifi. However, I can’t access it through my work place desktop, it keep saying that it can’t find the server.

I tried to access the server directly using ip address:32400/web, it worked on my phone browser again, but not on the pc.

At first, I thought my company blocked access to it. but I can access it through my phone using company wifi.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea?
