Whenever a remote Plex client tries to view subtitles receive the following error;
Something went wrong while searching for subtitles for your media
I see that no one has replied to this, and hopefully, you have figured things out. Highlight the blank white box and press the “enter” or “O.K.” button on your remote. For some reason, you need to select a language before anything will show up.
