Hi there - I was wondering if you could assist. I’m having trouble getting subtitles to work in Plex. I’ve followed many online videos and “How-to” guides but I must be missing something.
The library language is “English (United States)”, Agent is “Plex Movie”. Under Languages I have English for both audio and subtitles and “Shown with foreign audio” selected. Under Agents, I have configured “OpenSubtitles.org” under “Films” \ “Plex Movie (Legacy)” (On the tutorials I have seen it doesn’t say Legacy) and finally refreshed the metadata on a few movies that have mixed language audio.
Anything else I should try?
Strangely, when I go to manually search for subtitles on any given movie (Within a plex client) it comes up with a message “No Results”.
