Remote Plex keep unsorting the order based on Sort Title

I have noticed each morning that my remote plex server keeps unsorting the order my content is diplayed in from Sort Title to A-Z Title order.

How can I stop this?

Not sure if I have understood your issue…
Your library ignores the sort title but orders your media by the actual title?

e.g.

  1. Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 1)
  2. Jurassic Park III (sort title: Jurassic Park 3)
  3. Lost World - Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 2)

instead of

  1. Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 1)
  2. Lost World - Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 2)
  3. Jurassic Park III (sort title: Jurassic Park 3)

I think I have sorted it out now, wasn’t clicking the lock icon to the left

What was happening using your example would be, I changed my sort title to

  1. Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 1)
  2. Lost World - Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park 2)
  3. Jurassic Park III (sort title: Jurassic Park 3)

The new day it had changed to

  1. Jurassic Park (sort title: Jurassic Park)
  2. Jurassic Park III (sort title: Jurassic Park III)
  3. Lost World - Jurassic Park (sort title: Lost World - Jurassic Park)

So it must be scanning daily as I have it set and changing the sort itle to the same as the tile, as I had not locked them.
