Remote Roku Users Buffer - Running out of ideas to fix this

Server Version#: 1.14.0.5470 (Docker container running on Unraid 6.5)
Player Version#: Roku

Hey guys/gals, I need some help from someone smarter than me. All of my remote Roku users experience buffering or errors that their connection isn’t fast enough. It seems to work fine with LG TVs and Apple users. I haven’t tried other remote clients.

My rig has two Xeon’s in it, 32 GB RAM. The hard drives are keeping up and my speed in the logs is >6. I have 40 Mbps upstream, but even when set to just 4Mbps/720p this error occurs. Yesterday I swapped out modems and routers, that didn’t change anything. I had hoped the Roku update would help, but it didn’t. Also, everything local runs great, Roku, PMP and otherwise.

WHAT AM I MISSING? This is driving me nuts.

Additional info.

Since the post I also disabled offload-tso, I’ve tried optimized versions, and live TV. All still a no-go. I’m thinking about trying an external NIC next.
