Remote Server Access

Hello,

I have a remote Plex server. I also have a VNC client installed so I can view the server and make changes. I’m having issues accessing my server all of sudden. Here are the facts:
+The server shows “Fully accessible outside your network”
+Open Port Check Tool shows the port open
+Remote access page shows correct Static IP address and port

Here at home I cannot access the server. Any ideas? Is there any other information I should give to help my cause? Thanks.

Ok so the only way I have figured out how to access the server remotely is typing in the public ip address with the port/web

http://publicipaddress:32400/web/index.html

What gives? Myself or any of my friends who are logged into plex.tv cannot access. Hopefully this information helps.

EDIT I can also access the server on my android app just fine… but not through the typical plex.tv website.
