Remote Streaming for friends

I have PMS Version 1.4.4.3495 running on my Nvidia Shield 16gb version with my media on a 5TB Seagate my cloud, all networked together via my Nighthawk X6 router.

One of my friends has been noticing that he can watch a movie and before it ends, the movie stops playing. I have not tried to see if I can recreate this on my own by watching a movie off of my local network.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like a transcoding problem - maybe your system is running out of resources. Try creating a converted down version of a movie using handbrake or similar. Try one at 480p and see if he has the same issue.
