I am able to remotely watch DVR recordings but cannot watch Live TV. The stream for Live TV shows the show’s title screen but never displays the show. Even when watching live TV locally on the IOS app I have to manually change the quality to original to view. What would cause this behavior? Is a setting wrong on the PMS?
