Remote Watch Pass Pop-Up When Playing Movie or Show From My NA

When I try to play a movie or TV show I saved on my NAS from my laptop, which is on the same local network, a pop-up asking me to purchase Remote Watch Pass displays. I tried searching other posts and saw someone used the IP address in the URL to get it to work but this did not work for me. My NAS IP is static and I can bring up the movies/shows on my server without issue. It is just when I try to play them, I have the issue. I don’t use Docker or a VPN. What am I missing?

I don’t know what I did wrong the last time I tried it, but because it was in the list of things to try, I used the IP address instead of the server name again and this time I was able to play my movies after doing this.

Now, I have I follow-up question: Can you tell me how to configure my QNAP NAS to open Plex using the IP address automatically, instead of the NAS name, which it defaults to?
