Yeah I did, it works very well. I was using it as my bedroom TV remote/ HTPC control.

Would you mind chiming in on this thread and sharing what you learned/did?

Thanks

Sorry mate, I thought you meant the IR learning bit on the other side. I haven’t tried to custom map any of the keyboard. Looking @ your post though, I would say it would be far less time consuming to change the PMP values, whats the reason to keep them?

Feel free to hijack, I got the answers I wanted, which was its still pretty hard to consolidate all your remotes. Im just waiting on delivery of a Broadlink RM2 pro. Im hopping this will be the answer

Sorry you lost me there PMP values?

I think I have finally figured it out. I have opened a new discussion with keywords etc so someone in my position can find it. I have also linked a copy of the remote.xml file thats working.
Thank you all for your help, and for being so nice.

Steve

Using Xbox One Media remote with Flirc.

Lovely combo. Remote is backlit, and has more than enough buttons to program for OpenPHT. ULTRA responsive from the Flirc. Very very very happy with ease of setup and use.

Yeah I have one of those, Im using an old Nexus, works really well. But I do like the idea of using the Xbox remote as a backup

Harmony 600 for like 6 years. When it breaks, I’ll get a Harmony Hub so I can also interface it with my home automation.
