Hey guys,

Hey guys,
As above?
Harmony 700.
I made a plugin to use a wiimote using the built in bluetooth of the Rpi3 and you can get those dirty cheap
Personally I’ve always preferred using Mini keyboards, connected to the RPi through an RF USB dongle.
This gives a wireless connection without dependency on either IR (line of sight) or BlueTooth (protocol variations).
Best regards: dlanor
Harmony Touch that works with most of my devices, together with a flirc dongle.
MeLE F10 Deluxe
I really need to dig into the files to customize/enable the other buttons on it though to really unlock its full usefulness. I just haven’t had the time.

What I really want is something like this
But thanks all for the feedback, I think ill stick to the nexus/ Alexa/ iphone for now
For what its worth, I’m not a fan of the Harmony, I think they are over priced for what they are.

Have you done any custom keymapping to enable the other keys on the main (not keyboard) side?

That’s why I get them used on Ebay.

@Steve_SansumWright where’s the rest of your XML code? You don’t close the rest off.
My apologies I was pasting from the terminal. I have attached the xml file.
Im using Ubuntu Server 16.04
ZFS Raid 5
Plex Server Version 1.3.4.3285
Rasplex 1.7.1.137
I originally use OpenElec and Plex as a DLNA server which strangely the remote worked as it should. But I really do not want to go back to having no media info. Apart from this Rasplex runs wonderfully on my mildly overclocked Pi3
