Remove empty servers that appear

I’ve had to remove my Plex Server a couple of times and reinstall which has left 2 empty Servers on the left sidebar on my tv app with red triangles. These are empty and non-functional. How do I get rid of them?

Remove them from the list of authorized devices: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms

I was able to remove them from the computer. I cannot remove them from the TV app.

Try signing out / signing in to the app, or turn it off and remove from AC power for 15 - 20 seconds, etc. Resetting customizations should work as well.

Basically force the TV to reload the Plex app, which will clear out any outdated cached information.

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen customizations - where in settings can this be found?

Should be similar setting on other platforms:

Plex LG webOS app:

  1. Reset app to default settings: Settings → Advanced → Reset App
  2. Re-choose server, libraries to pin, etc: Click on UserName, choose Reset Home Customizations

Plex Web:
Settings → Plex Web → General (Show Advanced) → Reset Customization.

Thanks for the direction! I looked this morning and the 2 empty servers cleared themselves out. I guess everything from the web app drives the tv app. It was making me nuts that I couldn’t clear the empty servers within the tv app. Thanks for all your help!
