Visiting the Settings->Manage Library Access->Select User to change->Restrictions->Any Restrictions show a list of the content ratings for the server. When selecting a content rating, it does not get removed from the drop down list. This makes it difficult to see the remaining options. Ideally, the content ratings would be removed as they are added to the restrictions box (Allow, Exclude, Etc.).
