Repeated Pause/Play Causes Video to Stutter

Very annoying bug that persistently happens. When I pause and play a show or movie from the web client the video and audio begin to stutter incessantly and the only solution is to close out and stop the session completely and start a new one. Very frustrating.

Specific video in question is in 1080p, Codec H264 and EAC3 5.1

The video runs smoothly otherwise. Only occurs when pausing then playing more than once.
