I developed a new issue where many of my videos will ‘stutter’ when I run them and I cannot figure out why. They load quickly, the video still runs without any buffering, and the audio has no issues but the actual scenes they keep tearing as if it’s like rubberbanding. It’s somewhat random which movies this happens to as most my files are x265 1080p AAC videos but this only happens to some
In addition, some other videos also completely don’t load, some are 1080p while others are 4K version and state “Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install”. I’m not sure why this issue is happening, yesterday I could run all these same videos from my Shield to my PC without issues over local network.
I initially thought this may be the server but I tried it on my iPhone and that worked flawless.
