Replaced 2017 sheild with 2019 pro, now movies just stop playing

been using a 2017 sheild for years no problems, i wanted to upgrade to the 2019 sheild pro for the ai upscaler, booted it up did all the update , installed plex, was having issues, updated plex , still having the same problem. i did a factory reset and updated everything again, still having a problem where the movie just stops playing. yes its on wifi but i never had a problem before.

i thought it was fixed but i just tried again and it does the same thing, just stops playing with the loading circle spinning, it started back for a couple seconds then went back to loadingPlex Media Server Logs_2020-09-13_15-01-41.zip (4.5 MB) logging1.txt (1.0 MB)

hey, i have been watching dark on netflix so i havent used plex in a while, but i was watching south park right now on plex, and it seemed to stop responding, i was messing around with subtitles but idk if that caused the problem, i attached a log, if it happens again in a movie or something ill attach another log.
