Fairly self explanatory. Need a "Maintenance" flag option in PMS that would relay to my.plex to stop remote streams and display a "Server Under Maintenance" to users that try to stream remotely. I know that people have previously asked for a way to display "messages" to remote users for scenario…

I made a section with nothing in it, named it "under construction" and go to sharing take away the other sections and only add that empty section. It's the only work around I could think of for now.

Too much work that is counter productive. A simple flag is not an unrealistic option.

The problem, if you stop to think about it, is that PMS has to still be up and accessible to see your "under construction" section. Add to that, removing and later resetting permissions (for countless server hosts And their subsequent shares), would collectively take more time that it would to imple…
