Requested a part that does not exist:337787

A few items in my movies library don’t seem to have any metadata.

Clicking on getinfo returns the part and basic file info.
Clicking on the item returns a “something went wrong”.
Clicking on its xml returns a 404.
Clicking download returns a error in console “requested a part that does not exist:337787”.

However I’m able to play the movie just fine in addition to getting it’s mediainfo on the same device.

Running refresh metadata results in the button greying out, analyzing and scanning the library folder have no effect whatsoever.

I’m running on the latest plex beta, however this issue has occured in previous versions

Plex Dance” the item

(move out, scan files, empty trash, clean bundles, optimize database, move file back)

Thanks for this @ChuckPa worked like a charm, side note is there any known filter for finding such items?

unfortunately not within PMS; reason being – It thought everything was there.

Oh well, at least it’s saved me weeks on rebuilding the library db, thanks

Rather than going :boom: , think about what it’s telling you…

If it points to one item, address that individual item. Nuclear is not always required.
