They are all check (and work on all other apps). I will do a hard reset when I get home tonight.
Did you ever get recently added to show up? I'm having the same issue and haven't been able to get it to work. Recently aired is useless when you add a bunch of movies and then have to just go to the movies category and search for them.
I love this app and I think that just a couple of things could make it absolutely incredible.
-SmartGlass integration that allows you to browse your library directly through the smartglass app ( I know you can use the plex app as a remote but to have it integrated into the same app would be WAY more convenient)
-Voice Search in and out of app Ex. "Xbox Bing" also brings up results from your plex library and in app the ability to voice search by name as well
-Name Selection By Voice Ex. (instead of "Xbox Select", "Select 4") you can say "Xbox Select Game Of Thrones" "Select Season 3" "Play Epsiode 7"
-A Central Settings Menu For Quality Ect.
Love these ideas, even if we cant have a voice search, im finding that im having to click about 6-8 times to find a movie I want compared to the PHT on the mac version where its 2-3 clicks. A search button on every page would be really helpful
Any one know if they are working on adding sorting/filtering? I want ot be able to go into the All TV Shows view and them sort by Recently Added or Date Added. :(
Also a more direct way to play an episod would be nice.. right now its however many clicks to find the show (which can be a lot if its not on one of the main menues) then you click to open the show folder, then you open the season folder, then you select the episode that you want .. and then you have to select Play on the espisode again. If there was a different view that gave the episode synopsis inside the season folder that would eliminate the final Press Play click. Hoestly, I would be ok with a basic folder view. I think it'd be ideal at times to view All Shows.. sort by Recently Added and have a folder view of all the shows, select which show you want, and a flat folder with all of the episodes either sorted by title or by Date Added and you select the show you want and it just plays.
Let's try to improve basic playback before new features etc are added. Though I realize many of these issues depend on MS updating the XB1 OS. Hopefully the 1410 update will be released to the public this week (and then the 1411 update for us testers).
1. 24p support.
2. Less transcoding and more Direct Play/Stream (i.e. DTS audio).
3. Plex app remote control.4. Skip forward/back.

Some other suggestions:
- OneGuide integration. So that I can see Plex's "Recently Added Television" in the App Channel list and play them from there.
- When in the "Recently Added Television" view clicking on an item should just play it. Additionally, saying "Xbox Select" should bring up green words that just say "Play 1, Play 2, Play 3, etc". It would be a nice way to reduce the amount of things I have to yell at my TV.

yeah. at first I did a hard reset of all plex registry values (except my token info) and that got it to work for me.
After A bit of playing around though, I figured out it was because I have "On Deck" option set to "0". Setting it to "1" got it working fine.
- Pin a show, category (Movies, TV, etc), or some kind of additional shortcuts to home
- Xbox One Guide integration. I like to pop open the guide to see what's on Twitch, crackle, or ESPN stuff so this feels like a great place to have some Plex stuff
I know it's been stated it's coming, but support for channels. Channels are the only thing I want the app for, I don't use it at all presently.
So a lot of these things have already been mentioned and some are already confirmed as coming later, but these are the things that I would like after a few days use (No particular order).

Thanks for your efforts so far, you're very nearly there =) fixing the audio/video playback issue would be awesome, as its my main problem, and prevents me from watching many of my films.

Good job so far though, I'm glad I supported PLEX after using the free version heavily for 6 months now. I expect great things from the team.

Bug: When browsing through my library Plex sometimes just displays a blank place holder instead of the Movie Poster.
The ability to expand the TV Shows on deck would be great.
One thing that bugs me is launching Plex with the Kinect. No matter how hard I try to pronounce "Xbox Launch Plex" it just doesnt understand and either launches the apps folder or doesnt get it. Is there any chance we could change the voice command? Maybe something with more syllables? Like Plex Media or Plex media player?? Or is it just me?

1) I'd like the Recently Added view back and less sorting by individual episodes and more filters.
2) I use XBMC a lot and didnt realize how much I relied on the system clock to see what time it is. So I'd like to suggest a clock in the main window somewhere.
3) Change of the voice prompt/words .. Im already sick of saying "Select #", "More #", "Go Back", "Next Page" and "Previous Page".
4) I'd really like a basic file/folder view where I can sort by date added and see folders/shows and open the show to see a list of avaialble episodes with the date added listed per show and a marking show watched/unwatched. I like the slick interface and all of the photos/posters but it can be a lot to sift through especially with voice commands, a basic text/folder list would be a relief IMHO.
5) I had a show with a single 5.1 audio track that was playing only the background music.. I thought it was for effect in the show but it became obvious that there was no dialog audio being played. I switched over to XBMC and it played perfectly with all of the dialog.
Agree on #4. I have many series of training videos that are separated by folder (topic). I can't navigate them properly without being able to view by folder.

This would be an unPlex like thing to do. Since it's inception it's been all about organizing and cataloging, not just being a dumbed down file explorer. Create a separate library for them in Plex and you should have no problems browsing them.
I wonder that the Plex Xbox One App doesn't have Photos Library support
I can understand that Music is already covered by Xbox Music but a photo's browser is a much needed feature with same kind of browsability of Movies.
This will solve the never solved problem about how to share photo with parents on the living room. At least in mine :)

Just to be clear => Xbox launch XY should never work.
The only command is Xbox go to XY
Its possible that xbox recognizes some commands with launch, but thats an "error" and not intended :-)
I’d love to see some cooler use with Kinect - I’ve heard about this kind of thing before and it would be awesome. I.e. You get up and go get a beer, the show pauses until it sees you return. Things like that
