Hello staff can I have my certificate reset please?
Why do you think it needs to get reset? Unless you are getting the 429 error in logs for the cert it is likely something else.
Looking at your account your server already got a new cert today. If you can share your server logs we can take a look.
I am unable to connect to my server through anything else but my shield. When I did a google search I read others having the same problem and someone advised having my certificate reset. I will check my logs and send them over. Thank you.
Have you tried just rebooting your shield (assuming server is in shield) or router
