Hello, I don’t know if this is the best place for this, but I’m having trouble using my PIN, I’m sure it’s right, but when I try to reset it I can’t get the message from the image, what can I do?
I can confirm this issue. The page requires a 2FA confirmation code, but doesn’t provide an input field for it 
I will relay this report to the right people.
As a workaround, you can put your 2FA confirmation code into the password field, immediately after the password (without any space or other character to separate the two).

Another way to change your PIN is on this page https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
But it requires knowledge of the old PIN.
(move the mouse pointer over the line with your user name. A link Edit PIN will appear)

hello, I can login using the password and the 2FA code but I can’t change or remove the PIN of the admin user
