Is there any fast way to reset/change the scanner on all movies in a Library? Now that the Plex Movie scanner has been added with IMDB rating, I would like to change the Scanner to Plex Movie on all movies.
When i browse my movies on mobile, i can see some using IMDB rating and others percentage from difference scanner. So i guess this means, that when using “Fix incorrect match…” with a difference scanner than Plex Movie, the scanner is stored per movie.
Have tried to do a Refresh all, but this doesn’t solve the “problem” or parses correct rating from IMDB. When i do a “Fix incorrect match …” manually on each movie, the IMDB info is parsed correctly including rating.

You mean ‘metadata agent’.
The fastest way is to erase the library and create it new.
But hold on for now, read below.

If you see a percentage value, then the movie is still matched with the Plex Movie Agent. But at the time the rating within the Plex Movie agent was set to Rottentomatoes.
This is easy to rectify. Just verify that the rating source is now set to IMDb, then Refresh the movies which show the ‘percentage’ rating.

Well, it was actually set to Rating Source: IMDB. But since the agent is set per movie, the IMDB rating is only stored on movies which was scanned with the “Plex Movie” agent.

Was hoping i could find another solution - without loosing watched states etc. Guess i have to remove the library to get correct IMDB meta-info.
My point was: if you have one half with IMDb ratings and the other half with Rottentomatoes ratings, then all you need to do is Refresh the whole library.
Only if the other half is matched to TheMovieDatabase instead of Plex Movie, there is a different action necessary.
But wait, here is another idea:
Go to
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
activate the line ‘Plex Movie’ (if it isn’t already checked), then drag this line upwards, so it sits above the line ‘TheMovieDatabase’.
If you now refresh a movie that is matched to TMDB, it gets its metadata overwritten by those from ‘Plex Movie’
Already tried this, but this only updated the meta info partial. Ratings was not correct compared to IMDB webpage. This could only be fixed, when i manually did a “Fix incorrect match …” per movie. Then the rating was correct.
I removed the Movie library, and PMS is now populating the new list =)
