Resetting a user's password, reset password link doesn't do anything

A user deleted their account (for some reason) and I’m trying to share my library with them. I enter the email to share the library and they get the email, but cannot login because it says the “Email has already been taken”. When the user tries to use the “Forgot?” password link to reset, we don’t get an email to reset the password. How can we reset a password?

Tip! : If there is no Plex account matching the submitted address or if you have deleted your Plex account, then no email will be sent.

They will need to create a new account with a new e-mail address. If you delete your account, the same e-mail address cannot be re-used for 30 days.

They can try contacting Plex Billing, link at bottom of page, to have account restored, but no guarantees.
