Roku "burn subtitle automatic" setting are out of sync

The subtitles are out of sync if I use burn subtitle automatic but if I change the burn subtitle setting to always, it’s in sync. Most of the subtitle I use are srt external.
Why I have to “burn subtitle always” to have them in sync?
To have subtitle in sync I have to transcode all the time.

Server Version#: Version 1.21.3.4015 for Windows
Player Version#: 6.7.10 for Roku

Do you have media info you can share or sample files? Is it every file with subtitles or just some?

Without that info it’ll be hard to troubleshoot.
