@McWanke Trying to be constructive and I’ll be brief. I don’t see any response related to top navigation, if I missed it in your post then I apologise.
The removal of the left side navigation to get to your media content IMO is a bad design choice. Getting to media is the number one thing folks want and are used to but moving it up onto the top bar (and the bottom on mobile) is bad. Its not natural, we move left to right, especially on a TV app. Many of us have been saying this since day one and its ignored again here.
I can imagine as a company you want your profile stuff to be front and centre which is what you have on the left in this new design. However media needs to be the focus not social profiles.
Restoring this and moving the profile stuff back over to the right would help a long way with the flow.
