I have a new movie i added to plex with .srt file, the srt file is normal nothing odd about the text that i can see, when comparing it to other movies that play their SRT fine.
This movie when played from media player on Windows has the Subtitles from the SRT show up fine and in-sync. When also played from the Plex Web app it is perfectly in-sync. However , when i play it from my Roku subtitles are out of sync and ahead of the audio by 5 secs or the audios is behind not sure… but i powered off/on the roku and still the same thing…
i played the movie for 3 secs and paused and then took logs from the Roku see attached.
then i played it the same from the plex web app and provided logs from the plex server see attached.
this sounds like a bug to me, but i don’t understand why another new movie i recently added works perfectly fine for subtitles using the roku app.
