Roku Plex Player external subtitles out of sync and even dissappear

Remote logs enabled at the time of this post with my username.

Issue doesnt happen if i remux the sub into the file and play it.

Also this issue is not present on any other device playing plex. Not on pc, mobile, tv app etc (subtiles ARE in sync its just plex+roku).

This is on nearly all media with external subs.

This is present on 4 Rokus in my home.
